Returns Policy Overview

We are committed to product quality and offer a 15-day return period (starting from the delivery date) for most items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Send an email to support@modeldressesy.com including:

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • For quality-related issues, please attach clear photos for evaluation

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and reply within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization
  • Detailed return instructions and address

Step 3: Refund Issuance
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after:

  • The returned items arrive at our warehouse
  • The items pass inspection

Return Requirements

Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and include original tags and packaging
Gift Items: Must be returned promptly in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Items that have been used, altered, or damaged
❌ Returns sent without prior approval
❌ Gift items that are used, missing, or incomplete (partial refunds may apply)

Non-Quality Related Returns

The following situations are not considered product defects:

  • Minor imperfections such as loose threads or unfinished edges
  • Personal preferences (style, color, or sizing*)
  • Color differences caused by screen display variations
  • Damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care
  • Issues clearly stated in the product description

*Please refer to our size chart, as sizing guidance is for reference only.

Important Information

  • Non-refundable fees: Original shipping costs and shipping protection fees
  • Return Address:
    • Do not send items to the address on the original package
    • The correct return address will be provided after approval
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Failed Delivery & Refused Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Failure to collect the package.
  • Refusal of delivery.
  • Failure to cooperate with the shipping carrier.
  • Failure to provide required customs documentation.
  • Failure to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by local authorities.

Packages abandoned, refused, destroyed, or returned due to customer actions may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

If you receive an item with sizing issues, incorrect color, or quality concerns, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
